(Strongsville Council PTA) STRONGSVILLE, Ohio - Kim Kaminski, third grade teacher at Kinsner Elementary has been named Outstanding District Educator for the 2016-17 school year. This annual award is presented by Strongsville Council PTA and recognizes an instructor dedicated to the missions and purposes of PTA, such as promoting the welfare of children at home, school and in the community. In addition, recognized individuals must demonstrate a united effort between educators and the public so that children have the highest advantages in physical, mental, and social education.
